Best date ever: a sunset cruise around a small lake in upstate ny with wine, cheese, and country music. sigh.

Worst date ever: dinner with a pessimist I'd met after 4 too many drinks at a bar. he talked about how awful everything was: high school, the ny scene, his family. oh, and then he ordered a bottle of chardonnay to eat with pasta. really?

Last real relationship: 34 year old hedge fund guy. Introduced me to his family, installed all of my favorite products in his bathroom, and then dropped by to break up with me. The only plus was that I instantly dropped 5 pounds last spring.

Best date ever: Soccer match under the rain. No, we weren’t playing, just watching it …. Well, not even watching it.

Worst date ever: Match.com (yes, I admit having used once in the past online dating!) with a guy that was shorter and balder than the pictures, wouldn’t sit down at the bar and hated Obama (told me that coming out of the bathroom, weird, hum?!).

Best date ever: have just entered the "date" moment after relationships-hibernation moments... still to come the best date ever.

Worst date ever: also, not had the enormous pleasure of a bizarre date... let's see!

Last VERY real relationship: 36 years old private banker. Really good guy, lasted long (1 1/2 years), we moved in together, met families both side and the "family life" situation brought up the worse of me - instead of the best -, causing a deadly explosion and break up.

Worst date ever: It was a blind date... a colleague from work has set me up with her cousin and it turned out to be the best date ever!!!!!!! The guy was bold, a little chubby, very tall, ugly teeth. Very old minded (he was 36 but looked like a 45 year old man, and besides his looking, he acts, speaks, and thinks like a 50 year old man). He took me to a fancy restaurant but I felt like I was in a senior citizen reunion. Never seen so many old people at the same place. I'll probably post something about this trashy date so you can have a litlle fun! :)
